Mercruiser Alpha One Gen 2 upper unit - V6 engine 17/19 teeth count

I am Selling used Mercruiser alpha one Gen 2  upper unit only. 

GEAR--- Gears are in good shape no chips or anything

SEALS---Oil is clean when i open the drive but if i am you! i will change the seal before putting it back together. Upper seal kit number is 87501 - 18.51

U-joint assembly is in good shape as well
